Michael Nepveux is a Brenham, Texas native. He graduated from A&M where he majored in agribusiness & economics, and upon graduation he participated in the ANRP Internship Program. From there Michael returned to A&M to complete his graduate degree in agricultural economics. After graduate school, he moved to Memphis, Tennessee where he worked for a private firm conducting commodity forecasting, research, and consulting. After a few years in Memphis, he and his wife Allison made the move to DC where they have been since January of 2015. Michael is now the livestock economist for an agricultural trade group in Washington, DC. In his spare time, Michael enjoys trivia, reading, and trying (when he can) to get out into the city to take advantage of living in the nation’s capital.
